Nimbus Alabaster Flush Mount Ceiling Light

The Nimbus Alabaster Flush Mount Ceiling Light brings the softly rounded profile of a carved stone medallion to the ceiling. A pillowed alabaster shade is framed by a narrow metal rim and a small central finial. Integrated light passes through the stone, revealing its veining while keeping the composition visually contained.

Two diameters share the same 5.9" height, making Nimbus an alternative to a suspended fixture where overhead clearance matters. Gold, Black, and Nickel metal finishes pair with natural white alabaster, allowing the ceiling detail to coordinate with surrounding hardware without changing the character of the stone.

Materials & Construction:

• Hardware: Metal rim, ceiling canopy, and central finial
• Metal Finishes: Gold, Black, or Nickel
• Stone Color: Natural white

The curved stone surface gives the fixture a softer outline than a flat ceiling disc. Its fine rim defines the edge without covering the alabaster, while the central finial completes the symmetrical profile. Natural differences in mineral veining and tone mean individual shades will not be identical.

Application:

Use the smaller diameter in a compact entry, dressing area, or hallway, or repeat it along a longer circulation space. The larger size gives a bedroom or broader ceiling a more substantial focal point. Consider ceiling height, door swing, room proportions, and the other lighting in the space rather than relying on diameter alone to determine illumination.

Installation & Notes:

• Professional Installation: A licensed electrician should install the fixture with power isolated at the breaker.
• Ceiling Support: Use a secure junction box and mounting structure suitable for the fixture’s actual weight. Support the stone shade during assembly; do not rely on the electrical wires to carry it.
• Dimming: Dimmable integrated LED lighting is included. Use a compatible control for the fixture’s LED driver; an ordinary on/off switch does not provide dimming.
• Placement: Install in a dry interior location, away from direct water, splash, and persistent steam.
• Care: Switch off and allow the fixture to cool. Dust with a soft, dry cloth; avoid water, spray cleaners, abrasive pads, polish, and stone sealers.
• Color Temperature Control: Adjust white-light color temperature using controls compatible with the supplied light source. Follow the supplied system's instructions; a standard wall dimmer should not be assumed to adjust color temperature.
