Where are your products made?

Our products are crafted by carefully selected manufacturing partners specializing in furniture production. Each item undergoes quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes. Selected items are made-to-order, and we also offer customization options for certain products.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund
  • After processing begins, changes may be limited
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production starts

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on item size:

  • Small items under 32" W: typically arrive within 8–14 business days
  • Large furniture over 32" W: typically delivered within 4–8 weeks

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. For large items, tracking updates may be limited until the item reaches the local delivery carrier.

Do you offer White Glove delivery?

Yes. For selected items, we offer premium White Glove delivery services, including in-home placement and assembly.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or incorrect items: we cover the cost
  • Non-defective returns: customer is responsible

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within:

  • 48 hours for damaged items
  • As soon as possible for incorrect items
