We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order or custom furniture
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified

Return Shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking Fee

Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.
