At Auvirahome, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- Standard items: Processed within 3–7 business days
- Custom or made-to-order items: Processed within 15–25 business days
Estimated Delivery Time
- Small items (under 32" W): 8–14 business days via UPS, FedEx, or DHL
- Large furniture (over 32" W): 4–8 weeks via ocean freight with final-mile truck delivery
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on most orders to the continental United States.
White Glove Delivery
For large furniture items, we offer a premium White Glove Delivery service, which includes in-home placement and basic assembly. Fees range from $239 to $539 depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and international destinations, custom shipping arrangements may be available — please contact us for details.
Delivery Requirements
- An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive the delivery
- Please ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible
- For large items, confirm that furniture can fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on size, availability, or shipping method. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large freight items, tracking updates may be limited until the item reaches the local delivery carrier.
